Last midnight release I went to was for resident evil 5 at gamestop. There couldn't have have been no more than 15 people there.

After doing a little bit of research last night. I think I'm going to go ahead and get the Limited Edtion SB from Best Buy. I figure this is the only game I'll be playing along with Madden for a while so it will probably be cheaper to get the game + the expansion pack passes now rather than buying it separately.

Thinking of watching Stargate Atlantis to compliment the Destiny experience

. I dropped it after two seasons or so. (The show was good, I just got invested in other things.)

If pairs of three are on at the same time, what are the chances of us meeting in a public event? Is there a limit to how many players can participate? Out of the millions online, how does the server give priority as to whom the event will be visible? Will members of your clan or PSN friends be given priority over strangers?

Tried to preorder the Limited Edition at one of the Best Buy stores. Printed the ticket at the gaming section so when I wanted to put my deposit down the lady said it was sold out and that the game is not available for preorder anymore because it's released at midnight tomorrow. So a manager comes out and tells me the same thing about the release date being Sunday. Lol. Simply stated that it comes out Tuesday and your store is having a midnight release on 9/9/14. Also asked the manager why am I able to print a preorder ticket for a product that is already sold out? Makes no sense. These people are just as bad as WM employees. Misinformed and don't know anything about product release dates when they have banners and posters all over the store. Pretty lame.

I might check out Wal-Mart or Target Tuesday for the Limited Edition. If not I'll check out a different BB store and just get the standard release and get my $10 My BB certificate.

Also worth thinking about what role you want to play in raids when choosing a character type.

Titans are going to be the tanks, absorbing lots of damage protecting the team. Where as warlock is going to be more of a DPS type dealing lots of damage to enemies whilst the tanks absorb damage. Same I expect will go for hunter.

I've always been a DPS guy so I'm probably going to go warlock.

Destiny isn't as deep imo to think Raids are going to be as MMO-centric where classes matter a lot more BUT there is definitely going to be a need to plan ahead with stuff and co-ordinate via mics.

Luckily abilities can be changed on the fly and because its checpointed progress, you can do bits at a time throughout the week.
