Yes you are correct, the contents on the BRD and DVD's are the same, and and that extra disc has additional material which isn't on any of the other discs.

I'm in the same boat as you sir. Preordered over a month ago and got my package yesterday with no extra disc. I called them and the guy I spoke with said he would ship one out to me.

fingers crossed that this won't be a huge pain in the ass trying to actually get it. I paid extra so I could get that particular disc.

Basically the next 6 weeks I've got so much stuff coming in from all over the place, I've got a serperate list just for those 6 weeks. I'll breathe much easier when November arrives.

does anyone have an email address that I can follow up with them regarding the bonus disc I did not receive? I know the guy told me he would ship one out but I would like to have an email to get someone to confirm it has been sent out.

Great. Almost had my package today, but thanks to the USPS system, it's being rerouted to Waverly NY. Unreal. The funny part is NY was not even part of the destination. So pissed right now

Yup. A "helpful" email that gives absolutely no indication of the actual product that has shipped.

Oh man!

My copy is arriving today. I really hope they didn't forget my bonus disc. I hate having to call companies over screw-ups like this. Well, I'll find out in a few hours I guess. Fingers crossed!

I hope I get my extra disc. I didn't order till 9/8. If I have to deal with calling and complaining about that after having to get the $10 refund for international shipping within the US - I will just buy from Amazon in the future. It's really not worth the hassle. I don't care that they shipped mine late or that I didn't get it on Friday the 13th but having defunct e-mails that forces one to use FB to get in contact, overcharges on shipping and now people receiving their pre-orders without bonus discs - it's a bit much.

Same here. I'm in NJ, where the package was accepted this weekend and now I see it was rerouted to Waverly NY as well. Got to love USPS!

I emailed orders@crystallakememories.net with my question about the bonus disc confusion because somebody posted that email on fb.

They said they have no shortage at all and if they do they will post it on the website. This email was received yesterday morning.
Not sure why people are being told something from different sources or not receiving them even when pre ordering.

I stopped caring. went thru amazon. the whole hassle of this bonus crap made me actually give up hope for it.

well, I called them, sent them a PM on facebook and sent them an email. I want all bases covered and to receive what I paid for over a month ago. I do believe they will make good on it and sent it out although I wish I wouldn't have to go through the hoops to get it.

Having said that, I watched up to Friday the 13th part V: A New Beginning last night and it's an absolute blast to watch. Some stories I've heard before while others are new to me. Regardless, this is a must have for Friday the 13th fans.

Same here. I purchased mine on June 29 and was charged a few days ago. Sent them an e-mail yesterday about shipment, but no response, yet.
