So my "Destiny diet" is going great.
1. Play Destiny way too much
2. Rarely eat food and wreak havoc on your metabolism
3. Ignore the fanatical woman claiming to be married to you

In 36 days, I have a 33 Hunter, 33 Titan, & 32 Warlock. Got my Gjally to 365 too!

And you're just getting started. In 20+ years of weight training, I've only ever missed 2 weeks at a time on occasion when I've caught a bad flu bug. I even work out while on vacation. I crossed the 6 month mark on Destiny today, and I've missed more work outs in that time than I can remember. I didn't step into the gym all of January and February.

And I was, for those 3 months I quit.

Then I unquit. And I forgot all about my other 3 hobbies.

IIRC you picked up a Camaro several years back? I'm a Stang fan myself. Used to have a 97 GT that I was ready to drop a blower into. I had already picked up the parts for that (centrifugal type), subframe kit, new shocks, etc., and was getting ready to drop it all in when family priorities kicked in and I found out I was going to be a father. So I sold it all before I could get into trouble and bought a full-size truck lol. But that was long before Destiny. But I still get to be a grease monkey as I love lifted trucks ... just not in the last 6 months lol.

Yeah, it's been five years and 97,000 miles later with the Camaro. It's just a weekend car now instead of my daily driver, but I spent all its upgrade money on my recent home theater additions.

Which I now don't even use, because Destiny. The most work my Sonus Fabers see is now the intro theme to Mad Men when the missus is watching downstairs because I dont play Destiny down there.

I'll quit when all my friends do. So quit, guys. Come on. I wanna do other stuff.

$20 was the cost of the two very thin DLC packs individually. Now $20 gets you shaders, emblems, armor and emotes? A texture pack for $20. Let that sink in.

They prey on the people that feel they need everything they drip feed to them and it's pretty ugly.

But you at least play Destiny down there on occasion. I've done the same, and it literally is a blast now that I have 3 15" subs. Your setup has come along nicely btw. Been a while since I saw your gallery.

I hear ya, the raids and PoE are keeping me going at the moment. But all this talk about Destiny taking over my life and I've yet to start upgrading Fatebringer, when normally I'm all over grinding to max out a new awesome weapon. And Fate is one of the awesomest.

Yeah, sorry to derail the thread. I think we're just finding a distraction from the Bungie stuff the last few days.

I am a stang fan also. I am currently drving a 06 stang but its just a sixer I still love it though

I do, I switch out the PS3 down there for the 4 once every 2 months or so. It's ridiculously immersive for PvE. Feels like a POV game sometimes. Thanks, though - I have to get more use out of it considering the $ sunk into it. Stupid Destiny.

For PvP it's shit since I'm tracking too big a screen,

My gallery isn't updated yet to show the new Sony projector, Denon receiver, and new center channel yet, either.

Fatebringer is awesome - but you're talking to the guy who spent the last day upgrading one of those new fast firing scouts to max just because it rolled with full auto and firefly. For a weapon I'll use once in a blue moon, maybe. Sheesh. Lemme out!!!

I got a HoW fast-fire as well from Dead Orbit (can't recall the model). Mine has explosive rounds, and I think a 20 round clip. But the impact is weak. I thought it would replace my Saterienne Rapier for my Titan that has firefly and only a 13 round clip, but it feels like a really fast bb-gun compared to the Rapier. I ended up shelving it as it's just too weak overall, and the stability sucks, too.

I'm pretty sure those are close to stock numbers as if I recall that model v6 Camaro is just over 300 HP stock. I remember the late 90s V6 models with the 3.8L were tested at 7.5 seconds 0-60 and about a 15.5 quarter, which was an embarrassment to Ford with their base Mustang GT - yes GT - with a manual trans. barely cranking 215 HP with the 4.6L and a similar 0-60 time (96-98 models IIRC). Things got better in 99 and going forward, and thank goodness they brought back the 5.0.

Ok, sorry... derailed again. I promise I will start upgrading my Fatebringer tonight.

Yuppity yup, John, all stock on the Camaro. I've had headers, CAI, and exhaust on the list forever, but never got around to it. Slow by today's standards, at 6 to 60.

I'll probably be moving on within a year to a pure weekend car. I'm thinking a

[Show spoiler] Porsche Cayman. That mid engine configuration and handling...oooooh. The Camaro feels like Jabba's sail barge sometimes.

I just looked up the figures and saw it was 304 HP, so that made me think you had exhaust or an air induction system or something on yours, but hey I guess the internet isn't always right. But yeah, I know how the delayed upgrades go. *sigh*

I'll be on tonight, but I need to run at last two PoE 32. I have one armor core and want to get the Variks chest armor for all 3 of my chars.
