I am working on 2 more "collections" for VP films to match the 2 Scream Factory released. One will house all 10 Kino disc that have been announced or released and then the other will house all the other stuff including some of his non-horror movies like Laura, Song of Bernadette and The Ten Commandments, etc.

Ok I am no cover master or anything and I know I should have went with a black background but I like to save ink lol so I went with white and I think it sets it apart form the original 2 sets slightly

I am not sharing these at the moment but I thought I would post a preview of some Retro VHS covers that I am having an artist do for me. I am a child of the 80s and I really love the old VHS covers because they are what I most associate the movies with from renting them in the old mom & pop stores when I was growing up and with everyone posting all the awesome VHS-inspired covers I thought I would get some done for films that no one had posted yet.

Hey yo,

I'm a complete neophyte when it comes to custom cover designs, but I can't figure out how these things are supposed to work?

The gentleman above was kind enough to steer me to a blog that has some really nice Interstellar covers and I printed one out. But you can't actually put them into the blu-ray case.

Am I missing something or is my only option to find some way to glue it to the outside of the case?

Go here... Undercover 10 Download the software... install... print. Covers will automatically be resized to fit a standard blu ray case. There may be some slight trimming, but nothing that will effect the cover. I use this for all my printing needs. I've printed double sided covers with great results using this as well.

I printed out the Interstellar cover and it fit the size of the case quite nicely.

But there's no way to get it under the thin plastic that covers the case.

Thank you for that and I did read it.

But I'm looking at the cases I bought and don't see a way to slip the cover design I printed out into the inside of the case--not without covering the actual place that holds the disc. The outside is covered by a thin layer of plastic that's completely glued to the case.

Sounds like you bought some weird cases because I've never ever seen a standard release with the plastic glued...you can always slide the artwork in and out
