FYI I spoke with paradigm today and they said that the cc690v5 offers a little more clarity and is slightly more efficient than cc690v4 but will match well with my studio100v4 and he stated that I probably would not be able to tell the difference.

Default Finally some pics of my setup.

Hello everyone some pics of my setup. Hope you guys like. Only thing I want to do is upgrade my cc-270 to the cc-390. Otherwise very happy. The receiver is a Onkyo 608 which I love. And of course my PS3. And my Monitor 5's. well one of them. Some of the pics are sideways, not sure how to fix that. The rears are Focus v.3. I made all my speaker stands..

Very nice setup and welcome to the Blu-ray forum. How are you liking the sound of the Paradigms?

Yeah, I do very much. I started about 8 years ago with Atoms and I think it was a stylus center channel. It was in a metal case and it was small. I have been upgrading eversince. Only thing is I have to hide my wires hanging down behind the tv. Thx for the warm welcome. In fact I still have my first pair of Atoms.

If running wires through the walls seems daunting, grab some AV on wall conduit like:

http://www.davecohifi.com/Assets/Cat...ro_Conduit.pdf

It is self adhesive and paintable. I have used it a number of jobs where I simply can't run wires in the wall.

Looks good tinchman! What's your gear list? I can add it to the first post of this thread if you don't mind - there are also links to other members galleries with gear listed and reviews on the first post if you haven't checked it out already. Welcome to the forum!

Just added another nice review of the v3 Reference Sig S6's to the first post. Same reviewer that reviewed the whole v3 system and the S6's were so good that he will be replacing his current reference speakers(v2 S8's) with them!!

I have an Onkyo TX-Sr608, PS3 80 gig. 37 Sanyo 720p lcd. Paradigm Monitor 5's ver.4 Paradigm Focus's ver. 3 Atoms ver. 3 and Paradigm CC-270 center channel. A diy 12 inch shiva sub with a 240 watt plate amp. I think that is it besides my blu ray collection.

Please dont be too critical of the shot As you can see I don't have my center channel yet. What you see here is a rough setup of what will be. I'm planning on raising the A/V bench high enough to fit the Onkyo underneath, Then place the monoblocks in the middle shelf. Finally I will place The CC390 on the top shelf. When I get it

I love these Speaker. They sound awesome. P.S I noticed that the v5's also have magnetic grills

That is correct Hulk The only difference between you're v5's and my v6's is mine have chrome screws that hold each speaker in and yours have black, thats it

Thanks for adding me to the list DLS
The 9's sound great. I played some 2 channel audio for my brother and he said wow they sound awesome have you tried them without the subs? I said dude the subs aren't even on . I think the combo of the Digm's & the monoblocks is just amazing
