But then, recently, they had a survey where those who filled it (I forgot about it ) also received a 20% off discount code.

So yeah, that's what I'm kind of hoping: they continue to send discount codes for at least earlier pre-orders, so that I can keep getting them affordably.

It isn't allowing it, because I assume pre-orders are adding (at the moment) two free items (through the use of an internal promo code), which is making the use of another promo/discount code invalid.

I assume the free items are limited, so maybe in a little while, the discount code will work?

The book is limited to the first 50 while the poster is the for the next 50,
After the first 100 the discount might be activated

Free items seem to have gone (at least none were added to my order) and the discount code still didn't work for Four Sided Triangle, although it did work on some other items I had added to my order. Perhaps its programmed to exclude pre-orders, which is disappointing if so.

Yet again they aren't giving me the freebies outside that 20% code from buying Kronos.

Their loss as will now wait for HMV to list and get 20% off there plus free postage. Something Hammer charge £5 for.

I just can't understand the boutique labels not offering discounts and free postage on any order. The dealer price they must have to give HMV and Amazon will be miles less than anything it would cost them selling themselves. Surely they want direct sales rather than pushing you to go elsewhere.

What is this first 50 and first 100... I'm subscribed to the mailing list, haven't received any info about this. Was it just automatic and only shown when you added it to the cart?

If I was on the page showing all items, and I clicked the pre-order button on Four Sided Triangle, it added just the item, with no freebies, and would take me straight to checkout. If instead I went to the item's page, and clicked "add to cart", it would add this release plus the promo items.

They sent an email out just after 12 and it was mentioned at the bottom. People must have been quick ordering for the first 100.

I clicked on the link in email I got, and when I added it to the basket it automatically added the bonus stuff as well.

That explains it then as I clicked the preorder button. With Kronos they must have just counted the orders as I received a follow up email with freebie info. My order number was sub 2900 with Four Sided. Thanks Funktion.

Ah maybe I should have subscribed explicitly for Four Sided Triangle? I get emails from Hammer Films every week, or maybe even multiple a week, but still didn't get this one (Gmail).

That is what I did. I signed up to be notified for this release. Though I think, once you signed up for their newsletter/release notifications you should only have to sign up once. You should not have to sign up individually for each releases.

Luckily I did sign up again and saw the email just in time. Just make sure you sign up to be notified for each release. That's what I will be doing.

$45 USD is not bad for the set, but $18 shipping to the US!

update: if I buy BOTH Kronos and 4 sided then I get free shipping.. Of course that is $110 for 2 movies. whoa.. have to think about this
