Also had in Casino, Children of men, at 8.99, this is a usual price for these roughly, but still a cheap price considering you can pick the condition off e shelf other than worry about maybe being delivered damaged.

Are the Australian JB Hi-Fi exclusives (other than the titles listed above) region-free or region A too?

Australia is Region B like EU
As long as your SteelBook is a movie from Universal, WB, Sony, or Paramount then you should be safe though
Those studios' discs are region-free ~ 99% of the time

I put in my only region b disc and nothing recongnized.

I then put in a region free. It read it. When i put back in the region b it then read it. I am still wary and worried as i have no other region b discs to try

if you look in my collection you will see i have quite a few region b bd and ive had zero problems with the insignia

Unfortunately I don't have any more B discs to try and that worries me. I need to get a few quickly.

Which movie was it? Looked through your collection and couldn't find it

My Insignia wouldn't play the Expendables 2 I got from Germany but hasn't had any issues with the rest I've tried

It was D13 Ultimatum. (Sorry).

I would think if I got it to do this one, it should do the others.

There have been a few Region B Blu-rays that didn't play in my Insignia. 50/50 (UK) and Slumdog Millionaire (FR) off the top of my head.

Nope. Slumdog Millionaire even said Region A/B/C on the back.

I had that happen with D13.

They told me to resinstall the firmware update.

I did.

Then it worked.
