I just noticed that the sticker says “This is a live action movie”. WTF?!?

I’m sure they didn’t want a bunch of people who don’t bother to read, thinking it was a cartoon and then act incredulous that they had no knowledge it was live action.
Some folks need to be spoonfed.

Yes,it's disappointing.

I actually may get it though because I do like the art.I was thinking of getting the Best Buy steelbook but I really don't need the HD disk and again,I do like the art here.I'll probably decide in the newt three or four days on which to pre-order.

But if it was a digibook,than I would of certainly had nothing to decide on.

Probably because some will see that cover and think it's animated and they probably don't want kids or their parents mistaking it that way with a film that was R rated.

Seeing a lot of talk about the Shazam Digibook. It’s still available at retailers in Australia.

It bothers me how ugly this turned out. So much art to use and they create this ugly pop art slipcover thing for BoP. Wish that 4K exclusive cover for Target was legit... would've been 10x better than this. I was trying to buy all of the unique releases for this movie but I will definitely be skipping this one... unless it gets marked down at some point

This is just sad. This movie would have been perfect for a digibook release. WTF Target and WB. Oh well, my money went to the best buy steelbook. Think its probably the end of DC digibook releasese for DC .

I started buying the Target DCEU digibooks w/ BvS. I even went back and got a used copy of MoS, and shelled out for the UHD Aquaman digi.

I was underwhelmed by the Shazam! movie, but would have got a Target digi if they made one. Lacking that, I skipped buying a copy completely. I really liked BoP, but it looks like I'm getting it from Best Buy.
