Nine Inch Nails: Beside You In Time

Also, there's an Incubus blu-ray coming out next week. And I still want to see Led Zeppelin.

Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds Live at Radio City. Lossless audio and it sounds awesome. And Tim Reynolds plays a mean guitar! First Blu-ray that made me want everything to sound this way!

Agreed. That disc is sick. And the concert is almost 3 hours long!

Even though I technically have it on HD-DVD, I also really liked Pat Metheny Group: The Way Up Live. I think that has a lossless audio track. At least that's what my receiver seemed to indicate.

+1 for the both of you. I love this concert and the audio and pq are outstanding. One of my favorite blu's

You should also consider Nine Inch nails. Also a favorite of mine and the AQ/PQ are very good and NIN put on a mean show. Even people who are not huge fans of NIN end up liking this blu-ray anyways. Little something for everyone

I always find these kind of threads quite curious, the reason being that no matter what anyone would recommend on here, I would not go out and blind buy it.

Surely the starting point for a music purchase is to like the artist or music in question. So far we have had Nine Inch Nail, Led Zeppelin, Incubus, Dave Matthews, David Glimore, Maria Carey, the Police and Queen suggested. Now although I like some of the artists mentioned, I don't like them all, and I would be a bit disappointed to have purchased some.

My advice would be to look at the currently released music BD's (many sites list them), then work down the list to spot potential purchases, next go out and listen to the music, speak with friends, listening posts in shops etc.

Does not matter how good the PQ is, if you don't like the music how often will you watch it ??

..

I have most of the BD's mentioned in the previous posts and they are all good examples of outstanding concert blu-rays. But you may not like them regardless of how good they are.

If you click on My Collection you can see some others as well, including several Jazz-related ones. If you like Classical/Opera, then check out some of the Opus Arte BD releases. They are expensive however, but their PQ/AQ is second to none.

If you let us know what kind(s) or genre(s) of music you like, then perhaps we could make more solid recommendations.
