The 90's/2000's D&D PC games have great remake/remaster potential. Neverwinter Nights has been updated for modern systems and is slowly being remade for it, with new render tech and VFX. The others definitely need graphical overhauls, but are still fun to play, and some of them are enjoyable as is.

i would be happy if the xbox buffy game got a remake just keep the audio from the original and upgrade the visual to xbox one x or if it could be a xbox series x game. but it will probably never happen because of rights issues because disney owns buffy now

Since a new Riddick movie is in the works, I really want to go back and play The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay for Xbox. Maybe they can do a remake as a tie-in for the new movie.

I also think Jumping Flash should be remade as a PSVR game, that would be fun.

Heretic/Hexen. Would love to play an updated version of those games. Is Raven Software still around in some form?

Raven is still around and surprisingly robust, with a few dozen employees at the least. They are an Activision sub that works entirely on COD titles now. Due to the ZeniMax and Activision adversarial relationship putting the rights into contest, the franchise is effectively dead without a compromise or rights being worked out for additional releases, but you can enjoy fan updated/patched versions of the games that use 3D acceleration and such.
