Default Sega Master System book

I don't know if there are any fans of the Sega Master System on here but Bitmap Books have launched a kickstarter for their SMS visual compendium book. I don't have any of their previous publications but am told they were well done.

I could be wrong but I think this may be the first official book produced about the Master System? It certainly looks like it's being done with a sort of 'for fans, by fans' approach.

I have a big fondness for the SMS as Phantasy Star is still one of the greatest games of all time and the amount of effort there was to find a copy of Gain Ground when I was in college. It made me swear off shopping for international items for years until Amazon and places like Zavvi made it so freaking easy.

For a long time, when Geocities was still a thing, I had a SMS/Game Gear review page that actually got a lot of hits. Good times, good times.
