Yeah, many thanks.
Nobody seems to be excited about this release... I haven't seen it yet.
But it's the best price you can have for it right now !

But the price in their system is incorrect. It's at regular price right now, so they have to make a price adjustment to get it down to 26.77 and then apply the 5$ off to make it to 21.77

Great deal !

It's $16.99 US from amazon.com and likely you won't have to pay taxes. They don't seem to charge the "Import Deposit Fee" for orders under $20 or so. If you combine with other items you should be able to get it shipped to your door for about $21 or $22 Cdn in total. That is where mine is coming from.

The benefit for the SDM one is that it appears to be the blu-ray / dvd combo copy, while you're just picking up the Blu-ray only version from amazon.com. A lot of people don't care about the dvd, but I'd prefer it here for close to the same price...

So, have there been any other deals in Canada that beat this one? I think I'm going to go pre-order this today, provided that it's still the best deal out there.

Ya but you can't use the $10 until weeks AFTER you already purchased this movie, and you have to use it on another movie.
For that reason I'm staying with my Shoppers pre-order

I hate that the BB rewards dollars expire, that place is always hard to find something worth paying their ridiculous prices for even with certificates.

Hm. I wonder if you also receive 800 Reward Zone points for purchasing their exclusive for HP&TDPT.1?

If you do, I'll be picking up a copy.

That wouldn't work. It's a pre-order price.
Plus, the deal is now dead. Pre-order price was good until the 13th, so cheapest you can find it now is at FS or BB for $24.99.

While it was a good movie... I wouldn't pay over
$10 for it. I know that in the future there's going
to be a Harry Potter complete set... probably not
until next summer.

But I don't mind waiting for that... and if I can pick
it up for $80 I'm laughin'.

TBH though.. I'm surprised this isn't available for cheaper.
What happened to all those good release day prices???

RFD must've really pissed off a lot of retailers.

I'm going to Future Shop to pricematch, as I'm angry at Wally World for their poor customer service I received the other day concerning a blu-ray purchase. Actually, that store was rude all over, but the BD was the breaking point. I've been actively avoiding them for the past few months, as their prices are crap, employees have poor attitudes, stuff is often marked incorrectly, and they have poor quality stock. But that's a rant for another time.

Future Shop actually accepts iJesusPhones showing the online fliers, including Wal-Mart, unlike other several other stores. I was able to get Tangled pricematched at Zellers 2 weeks ago, but when I went to get Narnia last week, the cashier said they only did paper. I don't get it. You would think they would want the business, but nope.

I've been finding the Dartmouth Future Shop I've been going to lately has had impecable customer service, and are more than willing to pricematch and provide actual customer service. They did have one jerk around Christmas, so they're still not as good as Bedford, but they are superior to Halifax. Anyone visiting NS, avoid the Halifax Future Shop like the plague.
