Thanks for posting, will check it out. Seems like they got a new shipment of titles in because last time they had blu-rays (back in October they only had the last 5 titles you listed plus some others).

And I just paid $15 each for the Kurokami volumes back in December.

Not to rub it in, but the Kurokami ones were the one's I saw first on the shelf above the rest of them, and I remembered your picture, that's how I recognized it =P Almost bought em, but I'm not a huge fan of Anime, outside of the "big ones" (Akira, Ghost in the Shell..)

Saw the following:
Kurokami Volume 1 (took only the one)
Kurokami Volume 3 (took only the one)
Fantasy Adventure 3 Pack
Legendary Heroes 3 Pack
Alien Origin
Transmorphers
Bigfoot
100 Ghost Street
American Warship (fiction)
Explicit Ills
Disco Worms
King of Fighters
Luke & Lucky
Air Collision
Lots of JVCD like they cannot give it away.

The nearest store like last time had zero BDs but the 2nd nearest did.

They were mixed up with the dvds giving the impression they were there for a while. Not to mention not in a prominent area either.

Which is ironic as it's probably the best movie out of the bunch.

Yeah, definitely worth $3, at least. I enjoyed it enough to buy it when I found it for $5.

While looking for volume 2, 4 and 5 of Kurokami I saw some additonal low-rent titles:

Deadly Sea Creatures 3 Pack (fiction)
The Haunting of Whaley House
Valentino the Last Emperor

One store had multiple Kurokami volumes 1, 2 & 3 but no 4 & 5. I suspect Dollarama was not given 4 & 5.

My local dollarama restocked their blu-rays a little with the kind you usually see at GT and CT at $5 but for $3 instead.
Such as:
The Great Buck Howard
Bruno
Doubt
Greenberg
The Tie That Binds
Blood & Chocolate

So a better quaitly of low rent titles.

Thanks Uther.

I went to one today (Steeles and Carpenter) but I could only find Disco Worms and Midnight Movie. lol, not really my cup of tea...

I was hoping to find Bruno, Doubt and Greenberg, all of which I really want to see. Do you perhaps remember any more movies there, uther? I'm just curious

There was only a few newly stocked titles and this chain is very YMMV. There are a lot of Dollarama stores, at least in my area, some have no BDs at all.

Never thought of looking in Dollarama for BD's, but then I don't go there much. There are plenty of them around my area....seems like there is one in every mall. Will go and have a look this week.

Thumbs up

^I really enjoyed 50 Dead Men Walking. I think it was a 5-10$ 'Rogers' closing sale pickup for me...

There must be 20+ Dollarama's, within a 15KM radius. (Whitby-Courtice)

I will try and make a habit of stopping and checking out the inventory throughout the Durham Region locations.
