Default Onkyo & Klipsch (Help!)

I am wondering if this receiver (Onkyo tx nr838) would prove too much for the Klipsch r-51m bookshelves to handle. I have (2) r-28f up front, Fischers' in the rear(for now) & a powered Mackie sub. No center yet. I wanted to use the r-51m bookshelves as surrounds...
Thoughts, ideas, theories and postulates accepted.....
Thank you

Mike

The speakers are rated for:
Nominal Output Power
85 Watt
Max (RMS) Output Power
340 Watt

The receiver does:
Amplifier Output Details
130 Watt - 8 Ohm

Anything over 65% volume might be an issue. Give it a listen and see how they do. Good Luck

Eventually the R-51M's will be replaced with RP-250S and a center added. That's the goal.
Anyway, how important is speaker wire gauge?
I've read that the wrong gauge can destroy voice coils, I've also read that it doesn't matter at all and that one could even splice extension cord wire together and use it without fail. One spectrum to the other.
I think it matters to a point. I would only dare use actual speaker wire. So the question looms.
Which gauge/brand of speaker wire to use without breaking the bank. Monster cables seem a bit over priced. I would consider Monster if I had about double the power... My amp is rated 130w/ch

You don't have to worry so much about the gauge of the wire. It would have to be extremely thin to be an issue. Just get some speaker wire like this The most likely way you could damage your speakers is when your amp clips because it doesn't have enough head room to handle the louder dynamic sounds or you have too much power going to your speakers.

Thanks for your *input(hehe, see what I did there). It is greatly appreciated.
Now, this next part may sound slightly crazy. I am looking to connect a Mackie DRM 18S. to my Onkyo TX RZ810 AVR. The sub out on the receiver is RCA and the input of the sub is speakON ... I googled "rca to speakon" which yielded no answer. Is there a cable like this already or am I just trying to sqeeze lemon from a lime?
