Oh, come on, though I do enjoy Eilish even someone who doesn't like her has to admit they can do way worse.

Maybe ICP wasn't available? "F*ckin' spy tech! How does it work?"

Eilish does have some great songs IMO. I've been enjoying "Everything I Wanted."

While Zimmer and Eilish aren't my first choices I'll go in with an open mind. There's few series that get me more hyped then Bond.

Hmm. I mean, I guess she's ok if you like that sort of music. But personal style-wise, she just seems so anti-Bond. Its an odd choice

Bond theme idea: Just use Jan Hammer's "Crockett's Theme", stamp it, send it, call it a day.

Haha so clever man. Youíre right, 18 year olds have never heard of one of the most popular characters ever.

I thought the same. Being born in 2002, means she was too young to have seen the Craig films. And obviously not alive during the N64 GoldenEye era lol

She's only as weird a fit for Bond as Radiohead was and we still get people crying over that theme not getting used.

Wouldn't have been my first choice but interested to see what they come up with.

Problem with Billie is that everybody thinks her talent is limited at mumbling lyrics like in "Bad Guy" or "Bury a Friend". Listen to her other songs. She has a very nice voice. I could see "idontwannabeyouanymore" alsmot being a good Bond song.

Agreed. She's got more range than I think people realise.

Even something like Ocean Eyes, which while not very Bond-esque, almost sounds like it could be a Lana Del Rey song. And plenty of people were suggesting her for the theme.

You mean it wasn't already scraped when they got 80s one-hit wonders a-ha to do the theme song? Would you prefer a return to Madonna's grandma-does-techno theme "analyze this... analyze this"? Or maybe Rita Coolidge, famous for being married to Kris Kristofferson, is more your style?

That song has grown on me. Not one of my favorites, but the instrument swells do pop into my head now and then.

Speaking of, just like Sam Smith, Iím not a big fan of Billie Eilish. But color me intrigued over her selection. I hope she can turn me into a fan. But to be honest, the only song thatís downright unlistenable to me is Another Way to Die from Quantum of Solace. Equal pairing of bad film/bad song.
