Once you upload it as an attachment, you have to go back to that same button at the top, but this time, click the little arrow next to the paper clip, another box will come up. click the link and it will be shown where you put the cursor |

I'm referring to the cover of the blu ray, not a scene of the movie. Seems like if I want to post a shot of a blu ray cover, I shouldn't have to upload it to a different site- when others must have already?
Although, how does someone take a screenshot? Thanks |

Screenshots mostly are taken with external cameras in close-up view.....I think! |

ok, i figured out how to get pics of my 'recent haul' onto the site. But, now i'm stuck where i want to post a pic of a dvd that i dont own. One of the threads is "post a pic of a blu-ray in person x's collection you want to own". well, how do i get a pic of the case front of the blu-ray on the post without self-taking?

Now you have that image saved in your computer downloads. Then you can put it up to Photobucket (or whatever image hosting site you have) & can copy & paste the IMG tag into your post. |

You can do it without photobucket as well if its already on this site..

If you find a movie cover, say from this site or any site. I usually do this: 1. right click the image, if using chrome of FF it will say " Copy Image url" 2. Go to desire thread or location you want it posted and attach IMG tags [IMG] [/IMG] to the beginning and end of the image url as shown or click that little picture above and insert the url there. 3. So for example if I want to show Battleship cover art I copy the url from this site: https://images.static-bluray.com/mov...3676_small.jpg insert IMG tags [IMG]https://images.static-bluray.com/movies/covers/53676_small.jpg[/IMG] and end result is ![]() |

I just saved the image below taken from this site to my PC and used the Paperclip option to insert it. Works fine. 47282_large.jpg What am I missing? |

paperclip option is overkill is all I am saying, you are reuploading an image that is already hosted on a server.
just right click the image or image url and paste between the IMG tags and reply. There is nothing wrong with the way you did it but it wastes space on the site's server since it is already there. Your wording made it sound like you wanted him to save to his hard drive in a folder then re host them. Quote:

Hi guys. I have a question. I tried posting a picture in the haul thread, but when I post it, it shows up as a link that I goes straight to the picture. How to I make the picture show up in the post instead of a link?
Thanks guys! |
