It is mentally stimulating and relaxing. I also (read) that, reading improves your memory and mind, since you imagine what you read. It is exercising the mind. For the mind, the benefits of reading are basically infinite. It takes you places and informs you of things you never imagined; expanding the mind. I can't count the number of times I've read something, and I've never looked at the world the same way again. It actually happens quite often.

Does anyone else love reading? It is one of the best things you can do. I've also realized, it makes you better in real life. Bits and pieces of everything you read come in handy in real life. The benefits are basically infinite.
Of course, I constantly try to read as much as possible when I have time.

I love reading. I think it's a great way to learn new things and escape from the world for a little while. There are so many different genres of books out there, and it's easy to find one that interests you. I also like how reading can be a Solo activity or something you can do with friends. It's a great way to bond with people who share your interests. And, of course, reading is also a great way to relax and de-stress
