I only have one complaint about the game so far...
The JP levels...
They are good to start out with, but then they start to jump ridiculously.

And the final level for FreeLancer is outrageously high! 99,999

Actually the final level for freelancer is only 9,999. I'm assuming a typo on your part. Beyond that it's not really all that bad. the final 3 or so levels in every job with the exception of Freelancer are 5000 a piece. Once you get to chapter four you can easily grind any of the jobs you want to to their max level. If you want to gain JP faster build up the accessories shop in Norende Village and save up 500,000pg to buy the growth egg along with getting to level 10 or 11 with the Freelancer job to get the JP up ability and set it as one of your abilities. I don't know how far you are into the game chapter wise but you shouldn't be trying to max out jobs at least until chapter 4 and are really better off waiting until chapter 6. Focus on using only the jobs you know you need and go off of that.

I'm just about to end Chapter 3, I think.
My Town has been completed for over 2 weeks now...
Was able to do it with less than 40 villagers.
The reason why i'm doing this is because Norende is over run with Lvl. 99's...

The enemies that are sent to Norende don't effect anything. I've completely ignored all of them in my game.

Basic turn basic RPG rules with a unique system brave and default.
You can use brave to give a character extra moves but at a cost of turns.
If you use default you can get extra turns at the cost of moves.

Easiest way I found to play is to use brave on my main 2 dps for one or two extra moves and all extra moves when I know it's all I need to win. The third to not use either and just one damage per turn until I know I can win then brave fully and then the healer to stack extra moves with default so when I need it I have extra moves to heal massive damage.
You can't use brave and default together in one turn but you can use brave for item use.

Hope that helps.

Real game is a lot easier. I remember the demo kind of being a pain in the ... but I love the real game.

Bravely Default is one of the best RPG that I have played in years.

Switch from the default Freelancer job class ASAP. Go for something like the Ninja which can dual-wield and deal more damage.

Start off the game by going into battle -> Inn and heal, and repeat until you can fend for yourself.
