It was disappointing, but not completely unfunny. I'll probably get it, if nothing else just to go with FSM.
No, Snow and the fat kid were.

Jonah Hill plays an entirely different character (thank god).

I picked this one up when it was $10. I was surprised at how enjoyable the extended cut was.
[Show spoiler]Although I did get a little tired with how often Jonah Hill vomits in the movie. However, the additions to Aldous Snow's storyline I felt were critical. Especially, the moment with Naples at the end. I can't believe that wasn't in the theatrical version. A lot of character was cut out for the theatrical edition.
It's not the funniest of movies, but it is full of heart and character development. Good performances all around and some truly disturbingly catchy songs (considering the content). I have "Supertight" stuck in my head.

LOL Rose Byrne's music video about her crotch and what she does with it cracks me up every time.

I got it for $10 too and actually enjoyed it more than when I saw it in theatres. I was just expecting something else then. Still need to watch the extended cut, but your description sounds good.

I looked it up, but didn't see any good pics outside of shrink wrap. Funny idea, but I'm sure it'd get dirty easily.

I finally watched the bonus DVD the other night. I can't believe that stuff wasn't on the BD! I hate this bonus DVD of extras thing.

Picked this up at Best Buy today for $9.99.

Saw this flick in the theater and loved it!
Laughed my ass off.

The only thing I didn't like about Get Him to the Greek, was that Meddy Ford,
only made a brief appearance in the movie.

I tried watching this last night using my PS3, but the disc kept freezing after trailers and before the main menu. Tried many many times, even disabled the internet. No luck. Disc plays perfectly fine in my 6 year old Panasonic. I watched this disc on my PS3 previously when the disc came out with no issues. Would anyone with a PS3 be willing to give your disc a spin and see if you encounter the same issue? Very frustrating as the PS3 is my main player to watch stuff.
