Step Brothers

Hey guys,

so I'm slowly upgrading my collection now I'm more knowledgeable about video/audio specs and it's come to my attention that the US and UK versions of Step Brothers are not the same.

The US release is a 2-Disc Blu-ray set with two versions of the movie on Disc 1 and bonus features on Disc 2. The UK release has two versions of the movie and special features on Disc 1 and a second Digital Copy DVD disc.

Now I don't have my copy to hand to check (in storage, going through a move), but the back covers (both available on this site) list the exact same material. Either Sony have created a different disc with all features on one disc for the UK (unlikely and would probably compress the image) or it's a misprint on the back cover (likely).

Could someone please let me know what's missing from the UK disc?

EDIT: Found a review for the UK release. It's missing: 105 minutes of deleted scenes, L'Amour En Caravane and Charlene Moves In. I've put in an order for the US release.

There's 122 minutes total comprised of deleted and extended scenes and alternate takes. Disc 1 has about 17 minutes of them, while the rest is on Disc 2 along with other features.

Apatow's usually great when it comes to deleted material and a reason why I still love my physical media. Let's see you get all that on Digital HD.
