Casino Royale A+ (Classic Bond, great story, great action, great Bond girls)
Skyfall A- (Very solid story and action, Bond at the end of his career only flaw)
Quantum of Solace B- (Grew on me after repeated viewings)
Spectre B- (Ok story, great Bond action disappointing Villain)

Skyfall for me but Casino Royale is close behind it.

In order of preference: Skyfall, Casino Royale, Spectre, and Quantum of Solace. Skyfall and Casino Royale stand far and away from the Spectre and QoS, though. I did, however, find Spectre to be decently entertaining.
