I’m in the same boat. I moved in May and I have updated all my addresses and have verified that my phone is at my new address but I still get the mismatch error. Luckily I used up a majority of my scans but it starts over next month and I want to be able to use it. It’s beyond frustrating.

Has anyone been able to resolve this Willy Wonka issue?

i've called both MA and Vudu multiple times, tried having them delete the HDX copy while de-linked and also while linked. When i finally thought it was gone, it came back the next day.

vudu blames MA and MA points the finger at VUDU or possibly UV. one rep tried to tell me it'll take days-weeks for my MA to refresh. i think she was just trying to get me off the phone

Hello, the D2D "add to cart" screen keeps crashing for me. Any movie/browser on my phone crashes.

I've always been able to scan barcodes after a few attempts and get the "add to cart" screen showing the title. I haven't tried scanning in a few months, so I tried today, and no scan is working. The "could not read barcode" error shows correctly, and the "this title is currently ineligible" does too. But whenever I get a good scan, the page crashes.

My phone is the new Flip 4 from Samsung, so it's not that. I cleared the cache for Chrome and Vudu, and I tried the Samsung browser. And I scanned 10 different titles and got the same error for each one.

Anyone else seeing this? Is this a common thing, or has shitty Vudu crippled this service even more in favor of their overpriced digital "sales"? All I care about is getting MA movies for cheap so I can use a better streaming provider to watch them. Vudu can't even add a "watch from beginning" button, lol. TIA

If you’re just referring to the duplicate listing, then there really is no issue for anyone to fix. There’s just a lot of issues with each title listing and the old being downgraded to HDX and new one. I would just leave both copies alone. You don’t want Vudu/MA to delete the wrong copy or both.

I am up to 85 for the year. Here are the ones I picked up this year (spoilered below). Just in case people want to take a look for ideas for their remaining ones. I don't have a 4K set up, so getting a movie in HD is fine with me. Some of these are available in 4K so you would be better off getting elsewhere if you have a 4K set up. They were all $2 except the two I have $5 marked after.

I actually don't mind too much, as one listing has the old transfer/framing and the other has the new transfer/framing.

If they were identical I'd be trying to figure out how to get rid of the duplicate.

I have lots of duplicates, and I hate that you can’t unbundle your titles, or hide some others like you can in iTunes. My tv library is a real mess with single ep of free eps I should have never or they transferred over from Fandangonow. Some tv moves/specials are in movies some are in tv. Some full series show as bundles some don’t. Not worth going through cs to fix it. So at least we have playlists that we can use to “clean up” some of these issues.

Yeah, agree on the TV episodes. Seemed a good idea at the time to grab episode 1 of a TV show to check it out, but the ability to not easily delete later is a bit of a pain.

I hope someone can help. It's been a while since I have done D2D and now when I do it with my Samsung S21 phone, its not scanning the UPC code. Can anyone help?

**Edit: Disregard, for some reason now you have to hit the shutter to take the pic, where before it would auto take.

I can't get it to work on my iPhone 8 either (website has unexpectedly reloaded or whatever error) but it works just fine on my wife's 12...

It's been happening for a year or so and everything I've tried has failed

Did you disconnect all other forms of payment, including paypal? Once you have it entered online, then you may need to reenter the visa card number in the app as that's where it captures the billing address.

Yes sir I had removed all forms of payment including paypal. I have an iphone so I have to use safari but when you click on to convert it will not allow you to go to camera until you add billing info. You have the option to click on a button that will take you to a page where you can add credit card info and billing address.
