Depends on the title. If it's an older film with lots of grain it's relatively easy to see the difference (e.g. Jaws). If the film is newer (typically less or no grain) and the iTunes version has Atmos (768 kbps) sound it's actually hard to tell them apart (even on my projector with native 4K panel).

Lyle Lyle Crocodile and Triangle of Sadness are $7.99 each.
If I hadn’t just rented Triangle of Sadness recently, I’d be picking it up. But because I just watched it, I’ll just wait for a hopefully eventual $4.99 price. Picked up the Bong Joon-Ho collection, though. I almost grabbed it for $14.99. Glad I waited a little extra. Also picked up M3gan, but I know that’s not a bargain price or anything. |

I did this for Violent Night and it was worth doing for $25, so I’m hoping this is the case for M3gan here too… |

I already own The Host, but this is still worth it to me, as Barking Dogs Never Bite has never been lower than $6.99, so I'm happy to grab it and Mother at essentially $5 each.

Never seen Dogs but Mother and The Host are exceptional. The Host is a lot more than a monster movie - it's a comedy, horror and drama all wrapped up into one. Mother has a really great screenplay and the acting is, of course, very very good.

I would say Mother is almost up there with Parasite. It's been a while since I've seen the Host but don't go into it expecting just another monster movie. The CG is also pretty dated and can be a little distracting.
Those who purchased, is Host dubbed or subtitled? I purchased it on Vudu and even though it is listed as subtitled, I believe it is dubbed. |

Host is fantastic. Still holds up with the dated CGI.
As others have said it’s more than a monster movie. Can’t recommend it enough. Mother is exceptional as well. Never seen dogs. I believe I bought this 3 pack awhile ago and have yet to watch dogs. |
