I did a Google Search and under Shopping, it looks like a PS3 Dualshock 3 controller is available for $16.18 on Newegg. As to the condition and cost of shipping, I can't say.

Try GameStop. With their B2G1 promo on pre-owned products it could come out cheaper than $20.

I've been looking for one for a good price for a while. It's amazing they're still so expensive. Even yesrs back they had better deals than now.

The PC support for the 360 Controller alone went up. As a result, whenever anyone buys an MS controller, they are getting the benefit of being able to use it on a PC for gaming. Either a wired 360 controller or a wireless one with the Play & Charge Kit add-on will do it.

PS4 and XB1 controllers can also do it since they are more PC-oriented with their platforms than the PS3 and 360 were. But with PS3's controllers, you will need a USB cable and an emulator to make them work.

It's why the prices are so high. The console makers figure if someone wants a PC controller, they can go either Sony or MS at this point.
