Can anyone tell me if this release is good? Will it work in the typical American region 1 bluray players? Is this worth getting or is there better release of this series in the works?

It says region free, so it will work. I've heard of some special features not always working because they were in PAL instead of NTSC, but the main feature (the episodes) should play fine.

Does anyone know about "uncut" editions I've seen advertised. Is the release I linked to above cut or uncut?
