United Kingdom Moontrap (1989) 88 Films

As originally posted by josuv22 in the 88 Films studio thread, out early 2015. Deserves its own thread surely?

By the way, there is a film out next year called Moontrap: Target Earth. Is it a sequel?

I really hope that a non-DNR'd version is used. 88 Films have always done good work, as far as I'm concerned but usually use previously made transfers. If a fresh scan were done or even if they used the same transfer without the DNR, I would double dip. The US version is so bad, I can't imagine this one being any worse but I sincerely hope 88 decide to, at the very least, do a kickstarter to raise money for a fresh scan. I would donate.

Target Earth is the upcoming sequel and it looks very decent.

Oh how fun. No doubt they will use the Krekelnator's master. Another waste of disc space.
