The fact that Scream Factory is doing The Last Man on Earth and The House on Haunted Hill, both public domain films, just makes me so happy. The MGMHD transfer of LMOE is pretty good and I would be happy if the bluray was just that transfer. These films I hold at the top of VPs films right along with the other films from volume 1 set. Excellent job Scream! Thank you.

One of the many sequels that never happened, unfortunately. I hear the script was great.

Unfortunately, Phibes was not a successful rodeo clown. He didn't like it when the audience laughed at his performances. Soon random cowboys were found murdered by what appeared to be methods inspired by the film Blazing Saddles. The "death by beans" victim was particularly gruesome.

OK, beaten that horse to death. Time to go celebrate in anticipation of another great set of VP movies. The Phibes movies were childhood staples of mine. Hope we also see Theater of Blood soon.

So, then Volume 3 could maybe be...

Madhouse
Theatre of Blood
Scream and Scream Again
Tales of Terror
Twice Told Tales
The Oblong Box
Diary of a Madman
Tower of London
The Bat
The Fly

I'd take off The Fly, as Fox already released that relatively competently.

I'd add House of the Long Shadows and From a Whisper to a Scream.

I think that's a mistake, it should be The Return Of The Fly.
