May 27th I shipped the damaged Domestic Girlfriend to them .. June 2nd I got an update about the exchange, along with a New Case Number for the replacement.. The replacement for the damaged Domestic Girlfriend came in today, and everything seems to be in order with it visually. No dents, dings, damage or Razor cuts across the Cover Art ![]() |

Hey, I'm not sure if anyone here will know but if I order a handful of out of stock titles, and while waiting for the order to come in stock, one or two titles come back in stock but then sell out again, will those titles be set aside for my order or do I need to wait for everything to all come back in stock at once? I'm just not sure what to think about this situation since it seems like there are many titles that are OOS, and slow to come back (particularly because of COVID). I saw a post on Reddit saying they had been waiting on an OOS order for over a year. Just wondering how typical a long wait is...

They usually set it aside as items in your order come back in stock. As for wait, it's all up to each company. Discotek takes some time, Funimation had their distributors warehouse sanitized which backed up catalog titles.

this company has went to shit,preordered demon slayer as soon as it went up and have been seeing people get their copies 2weeks ago with my order not even being charged yet.finally emailed them yesterday asking if there was something wrong with my payment or anything i needed to do to have my order shipped, checked my email today and got a cancellation email with no explanation.

It took nearly a month, but I did finally get some good news. Instead of having me send in the busted Mobile Fighter G Gundam Ultra box set, RightStuf are shipping a replacement art box and art book (they were the only things damaged.) I received a shipping confirmation earlier this afternoon. My fingers are crossed nothing happens to this package.

The saga of my crushed G Gundam Ultra Edition box set has come to an end. The replacement art box and art book arrived yesterday and both were in pristine condition. I'm just glad it's over and I can finally enjoy having this ridiculous orange box adorn my shelf.

Funimation is hands down one of the worst for customer service. You have to harass them to even respond and it takes weeks to respond sometimes. Re:Zero replacement discs after they were available took them 7 months to send to me. |
