Yes, it will start as Korean Air, then transfer over to USPS.
Also I don't think there is a signature required for this, so I would try and go with your neighbor picking it up for you. Unless you want all of your mail held, I don't know if the PO can hold just the one package. Just keep tracking it on Aftership, until it swithes over to USPS. It might get hung up in customs and arrive late anyway? Especially during this busy time of the year.

OK, I thought so... when I go on my monthly travel I have the post office hold all my mail, so if it does arrive while I'm away, it will just sit on a shelf with the rest of my mail until I get home and stop over at the PO to pick everything up. I'm sure I'll have a package or two from RS waiting for me there as well - and maybe my Amazon Bebop Exclusive, too, lol...

Like rickah88 already pointed out here, kimchidvd always does a great job in packaging what they ship. As always they used bubble wrap around the box and also some more on top so the boxset has little room of moving around in the package itself.

My order, shipped via EMS, arrived today. The little card proclaims my copy as SAC-W063/300. I might have preferred something a bit more compact, but the overall packaging is rather nice, with the lenticular cards on the box, slipcovers, etc. The booklet's not terribly interesting, consisting of mostly images from the series, rather than covers, promotional art, etc.

I was hesitating to buy the Japanese boxsets for more than a year, but the recent increase in price on amazon convinced me to order this Korean boxset now. And also knowing it's limited to only 300 copies, I really don't want to miss it.

I dont import much so I dont know. Is it normal for there to be no updates, my last update was it was at the Korean airport on the 5th of December and that is it. Like I said I dont import much so I dont know if that normal.

That's sometimes normal regardless of whether or not it's for importing.

I only live 4 hours from JFK airport where this comes in... my last shipment from kimchiDVD took 4 days from this point to my doorstep. So, I'll probably get it on Tuesday; if it's later than that it will be held in my local PO while I'm on my business trip, and I'll have it on Friday, then. If they can get it to me on Tuesday, I'd take it along with me on my trip, just to drool over it, lol... I'll be able to watch it on my all-in-one PC in my hotel room, then...

I can just imagine the load of tracking requests that must hit the USPS servers this time of year. I sure hope they actually turn a profit this year. I dread to think what would happen if the USPS keeps going further into the red.
