Is there any chance that if I bought a C6 from a site like ValueElectronics, I could price match via my credit card to an eBay seller or some other website in general? I've been seeing some members on SD mention that they were able to price match against eBay sellers that provide invoices, but just wanted to check if anyone else had PM'd one of these TV's before.

My third E6P is still free of dead pixels after day 2. So hopefully I've gotten one that's more stable now. I know they can pop up at any time. But at least for now they are not popping like measles like the second panel I tried. My return window is up in two days anyways. So it's dealing with LG after that if anything happens. Good times for now.

I'm on my 3rd OLED now.

1st one, B6 (65"), had a pixel in the upper left corner that was always white. I saw some strange artifacts show up on the screen, looked like pink boxes. I returned it.

2nd B6, I was watching a blu ray on my Xbox One S and after the movie was over, all my HDMI inputs were saying there was no signal. I did a little searching online and read to unplug the power cord for 10 minutes and then plug back in. Well, I did that and it worked. Still, tv was a week old and seemed to me a possible problem with the HDMI mother board. Didn't want to deal with it so returned it.

Decided to try the E6 (65"). Just got it today and noticed what looked like residue on the screen in one spot. Pulled out my microfiber cloth and started wiping it. Some came off but I can see like a small stain kind of mark with some faint hair line scratches in that area. Ugh. It's not really noticeable but I know it's there. So far, I'm not noticing any imperfections in the picture quality and no mechanical problems but I haven't gotten a chance to break it in yet. I'm really crossing my fingers and hope that everything works like it should.

Kind of frustrated with the experience so far because I have the 2015 65" flat screen model and I've been satisfied with it since day one.

Credit cards dont usually price match ebay. The fine print explicitly says no auction sites. With that said, purchased my ks9800 from Value Electronics and successfully price matched a different internet seller nearly 3 months later.

Actually, now that I can see the screen with sunlight (I set it up when it was dark outside), I can see discoloration on the screen where the mark/scratches are. Only noticeable when the tv is off though. What could that be? I'm not happy

While looking at the screen in sunlight (with TV off) use a microfiber cloth and some water and gently rub the area. Sometimes what seems like scratches or discoloration can be just accumulated dirt/dust.

I did that last night. It's not coming out. Looks to me like an imperfection with the panel.

Are you gonna go through the whole return process again?

That's what I'm contemplating right now. I don't think the blemish causes any difference when watching the tv but for the money the E6 costs (or even the B6 for the matter), I shouldn't have to take a delivery with an imperfection. I have a feeling Cruthcfield is going to give me the run around.

You can at least try...I personally wouldnt want to go through all that if I can't see the fault while TV is on...Try to put up a white screen and see if you can see the scratch on it

I'm frustrated with this entire experience. I'll give the white screen a try. I'm off of work tomorrow so I'm going to give the E6 a good break in tomorrow. I'm not sure if I should be more concerned about the discoloration than the scratch mark.

The second b6 you sent back sounds like a handshake issue and it may do it on your e6. I have had it happen and bought new cables and have not had it happen again in a month or so.

I had the no signal issue with my PS4 on two of the three tvs. I just replugged the hdmi cord and it works fine after that. My current one has a couple fine surface scratches. But you have to look for it even with moderately bright light. I think every panel will have slight surface imperfections, so as long as it's not overly noticeable and is not seen in use at all, you have to be satisfied with it. On day three, still no dead pixels or sub pixels. I have one that's showing brighter that ones around it, but does seem to go to black on black screens. So I'm fairly sure it's not stuck and may settle down. I think I saw it happen on panel 2, and it went away.

I had no handshake problems either with my old oled (9300) and my ps4 but i did once i got the e6. When i use a flashlight on my screen i see really faint scratch on the left side of my glass and it still there after cleaning it but you cant see it with just the house lights shining on it. If i could with the house light on then i would prob send it back but it would have to be longer than a inch before i would do that. Mine is bottom left side and since i have no bad pixels there is now way i am taking the chance of getting one that does.

The scratches are so faint on mine. I'm more concerned about the discoloration and what that will mean for the panel over a set amount of time.
