The magnet spine would fall off each time (a minor annoyance) unless they were cut special to work around the hinges.

I ordered three of these and they look and fit great. They're also pretty thin and don't jut out considerably, so if you own a Disney Euro-steelbook that has a j-card that completely encloses the lower 1/3 of the case, a magnetic spine can be attached and still fit inside the pocket.
