I have had to file a chargeback with my credit car company 2 or 3 times with Funi. Their customer service is non existent. But, when they do respond--rare as that is--they're a lot nicer, more accommodating, and less accusatory than Rightstuf, which is sad. lol

Funimation, on the other hand, is absolutely outrageous. It also took me seven months to get my Re:Zero replacement discs and that was only after I took the initiative to keep reaching out to them for updates. Also, hilariously, they contacted me this week to inform me that they corrected a subtitle issue with their streaming service (an episode of The Heroic Legend of Arslan had the same subtitles as the preceding episode) which I reported roughly fifteen months ago. Finally received a shipping confirmation for my replacement DVD.
Timetable: --Order placed 5 May. --Case Submitted 15 May. --Response from TRSI 2 June "Replacement Order Shipping Soon" --Shipping Confirmation 17 July. Paid for an item which has since been placed on sale for a lower price than what I paid after placing my order, plus the cost of return shipping even though the item was damaged/defective. It's more likely they are doing what all Companies do on Social Media these days..
Call all complaints and negative reviews, nothing more than Trolling or Negative Review bombing, etc.... It's all Trolls these days don't ya know, all Companies are good, so it must be Trolls..... |

RS got back to me and apparently Rightstuf will only ship out an order if the entirety of the order is in stock. wtf. So I have a huge order but among them two items aren't in stock so they wont ship out the others and im left sitting here with my .... in my hand looking like a moron. ugh

They don't do it anymore as a cost cutting measure I am sure (?) ..... If you have an entire order that is "IN STOCK" they will ship that out along with the in stock items in other orders you might have.. That happens to me all the time, ( and it just happened last week ) sometimes I will even order a in stock item(s) I want just to trigger the shipment of the in stock items in other orders.. So I contacted RS customer service about my order once again since it still hasn't shipped. One problem is that Attack on titan season 3 part + GWP is no longer listed on their site, and since they tend to have a policy of not shipping unless everything is in stock, how would they ship my order if this item is no longer being listed? I asked them about that. I also asked them that in their policy it says they don't ship unles like 50% of the order is in stock - I explained it was my case. so they have no reasons to not ship. The longer they take to ship it seems that more and more of the items in the order are going out of stock.
I also asked for them to just split my order up from my in stock items apart from the out of stock items and to replace the no longer listed attack on titan version with the one without the GWP so I can actually receive my order. I still haven't received a response from them. I placed this order on JULY TENTH and still haven't received my $300 order. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in recent years. Maybe I'll cancel and order through amazon. They are truly a confederacy of dunces. |

I've got an extra, sealed copy of Attack on Titan Season 3 Part 2 with the Armin keychain, if you're interested in buying it cheap. I'm from Brazil, though, so it might be a long time before you receive it, not to mention the COVID-19 situation is so bad over here that I'm not even sure our post office can send packages overseas right now. Also, RightStuf says it's "out of stock, expecting more", so it's probably not OOP yet.
