Carlotta do not do forced subs. I know that one user reported that it's basically identical to Sony's 4K release.

"The Boston Strangler", "Broken Arrow", and "The Sheriff of Fractured Jaw" are David M/FiM. The reason why I speculate that "Firestarter" isn't is due to the commentaries being encoded in Dolby Digital 320kps and that's what the Engine House (Arrow's in-house encoder) always encodes their commentaries at. David M/FiM commentaries are always DD 192kps.

They also worked on Arrow's Gamera box set, as mentioned by James Flower in an interview with Toho Kingdom:

Just to make a quick point about video encoding – bitrate numbers don’t tell the whole story. You can have a disc with a full-on 40mbps bitrate that still has an inferior encode to one that’s compressed to half the size and bitrate. It’s all about who’s at the controls doing the work, what encoding and authoring software they’re using and how they’re using it; and Arrow are fortunate to work with some of the absolute best in the business at this. Engine House Media Services and Fidelity in Motion, our authoring partners on this project, did an absolutely stellar job at compressing and encoding all the material we gave them – I may be biased, but frankly, I don’t think you can tell the difference.

The two 4K releases from Vinegar Syndrome are by David, though none of their BDs are.

And I'm pretty sure he's been doing all of Synapse's stuff for a long time now, way before Suspiria was released.

He has also done everything for Mondo Vision and I believe everything for Mondo Macabro

Second Sight's Texas Chain Saw Massacre is a definite, as is Xtro I believe.
