so do i have anyone interested in my svs NSD pc-12 cylinder sub before i list it for sale? its 3 months old as you all know and absolute mint condition. pics are in my gallery.

not sure now, the wife is being a $#@%^ right now about this. i told her i can sell the NSD no problem, but i also have other things i need to sell, so she is like " are you sure you can sell the NSD and get money for it without losing too much?" i said yes of coarse.

now i am debating wether i should do this or not. the pb12 is large and takes up more room, more powerful and probably louder than what i have. i thinking is the NSD good enough for my room. but on the other hand i dont want to pass up a great deal like this. i mean $6600 for a 10 month old $1200 new svs sub its almost too good to pass up.

i guess i could always sell it if i didnt like the size or sound. dont know...

thats a good one. no she doesnt smell fear, its that time of the month and they are all like this at this point

she wants to be sure i can sell the NSD fast to recoup the money. i think thats her biggest deal. i told her i can sell it pretty quick. its a much desired sub.

well i am sorry to say but i am NOT going to get the plus. i really want it and its a smoking deal at $600, but i think right now going to get it 2 hours away, was going to do a family ride out there.

the wife is really being hard about this purchase. not sure if it will be too much for my room, too big. i really dont feel like listening to the wife saying I TOLD YOU SO!!!


my nsd is enough and works perfect in my room. again i hate to pass it up....

i know i could always sell it if i needed to, but if i dont i wont hear the end of it...

Sorry to hear that I think the what ifs will haunt you until you get a plus and that is a very rare deal . You would of been very happy with the plus and realised what you were missing even though the NSD is nice . What you would of gained with the plus was not just more spl and harder hitting but a more musical and accurate sub even at lower volumes were you would prosper being that your in a town house . Oh well guess you wont know what you were missing so you'll be ok

i hear ya and its really not that i didnt want it, i did. i think you missed my point. my wife was not remotely happy with me spending another $600 on a sub and saying to her i can just sell my NSD. i also have a dali Ikon sub that i cant sell and i am out $$ on that one and will have to sell it at a loss to get rid of it.

now i come to my wife saying i want to upgrade my sub AGAIN and she was not happy, especially with 7 weeks or so till christmas.

if i could sell my NSD asap and get the cash for it than i dont think she would have a problem. i may kick myself, but it is not sold yet and i told the guy i am still very interested in buying it and will get back to him this week if things change.

sometime you win some and sometimes you lose some. its all in the game of life...

I know I was the only person saying you shouldn't and I think you did the right thing.

I don't think hearing her say "I TOLD YOU SO" would have been the worst thing she would have said after you getting that plus.

You living in that condo and when that baby hits, believe me the neighbors would have complained and then when the wife speaks about that, That is a whole nother story of spousal responsibility.

Believe me, I think you should have it, but not where you live at.

Edit..... My apologies I know what your point was now and yes its a townhouse. But I think at lower volumes he would still prosper like I mentioned earlier the plus is very accurate and also its something he could grow into when and if he moved and doesn't have to use it at high spl levels to enjoy it but with that being said there is his other half he has to answer to. Like I said my apologies Hamp I misunderstood what you were getting at .

but to my amazment IT SOLD ALREADY

so i guess it was not meant to be. i tell you i was soooo close to drivng there today at 11am. something inside me (and my wife) said it was not the right move. actually if i can i prefer to upgrade to a plu or ultra PC cylinder maybe in the future. i prefer the smaller foot print in the condo

Im not suprised it sold at all that was a steel thats why I was trying to give you a little nudge to get it Like I was saying yes it would hit hard but you could of not ran it so hot and enjoyed it for its accuracy to. JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE A RACE CAR DOESNT MEAN YOU HAVE TO FLOOR IT ALL THE TIME IT WILL SOUND AND LOOK JUST AS MEAN CRUISING DOWN THE BLV But having to answer to someone else for your decisions is another story and part of being Married.
