The I Inside

A man wakes up in a hospital to discover his brother has been murdered and he has the ability to travel back in time to investigate the crime. The more I watch the movie the more I realize the screenwriters of Stay and The Jacket ripped off this script, although this is the best of the three films.

A very odd pleasure I stumbled on to...

"Special"

Netflix describes as...

Enrolling in a drug study to spice up his humdrum life as a low-paid meter reader, Les Franken (Michael Rapaport) begins taking an experimental antidepressant, which proves to have a few unexpected side effects. Convinced that he's actually developing special powers that can be used to fight evil, Les decides to quit his day job and focus on being a superhero … despite his doctor's professional opinion that his abilities are all in his mind.....but are they?

Yup. Great film, much, much better and funnier than Shaun of the Dead.

A Requiem for a Dream

I recommend giving the 'Rated' version a rent first just so you know what you are getting yourself into for the 'Unrated' version.

I just watched that! (Thanks Netflix)

I would highly recommend Timecrimes. A nifty little time travel movie with some nice twists.

Sunshine directed by Danny Boyle
The Good The Bad The Weird directed by Kim Ji-woon, probably the best action/adventure film in years.

Lawn Dogs. Features Sam Rockwell and a young Mischa Barton.

A sweet movie with some rather dark elements....

Newly arrived in an up-market housing development, quiet ten-year-old Devon doesn't quite fit in. Ignoring the urgings of her social-climbing father, Devon chooses the company of Trent, who mows the estate's lawns, rather than of the girls her own age. Their friendship grows during her visits to his trailer home, but although it is completely innocent it is obvious that it would be unacceptable to the residents if they found out.

Cube

A low budget Canadian made movie. I didn't check all 11 pages so far, so if it's been mentioned...sorry.

"Six different people, each from a very different walk of life, awaken to find themselves inside a giant cube with thousands of possible rooms. Each has a skill that becomes clear when they must band together to get out: a cop, a math whiz, a building designer, a doctor, an escape master, and a disabled man. Each plays a part in their thrilling quest to find answers as to why they've been imprisoned."

Oh ya, DO NOT BOTHER WITH THE SEQUELS!

If something is mentioned multiple times it makes it look better. Don't worry about if it's been said.

I vaguely remember that movie. I only saw parts but it was interesting.
