Default PS3 HDD Removal Help

Hey guys, I am trying to replace my 80GB PS3 HDD to a 320GB HDD. However, I "stripped" the blue screw that holds the HDD Enclosure. Thus, I cannot pull out the HDD Enclosure. Therefore, what would you guys recommend I could do or use in removing the stripped blue screw so I can remove the HDD enclosure and replace the HDD? Thanks.

I can't remember if the head is raised or not, if so just use a pair of pliers. I had to do that with one of the screws holding the original drive in the cradle.

Vice grips worked fine for me in getting a stripped screw out.
