Default Leading down to theater

Used a 10 inch drop for all of my other ladders. Trickery was to use some left over 2x10s mounted to sill plate and 2x4 s to extend enough past steel beam that I could mount a 2x4 for the top mounting plate of ladder spanning 67 inches across.

Default The 11 foot run

This board stretches to the half way point of the 11 foot long ladder run. My suv wont hold a 12 footer even so, I would have put support in where I did.

Dam boy, that's some serious framing you had to do around the HVAC. Always a fun job.

Default Hammer time

Used this ramset to secure walls to concrete pad.

Phew!! Almost forgot.....One thing to keep in mind with these is to have a shower afterwards and change your clothes. Especially if youre travelling through an airport the next day. The powder will be on your hands and cloths and shoes.

With the fridge, some additional 1x10x8’s (x9) post covers, looking at additional $300.

Plus some other incidentals for theater, total expenditure thus far $1500.

Default Cabiling part 1

Arrived from amazon this evening. Chose not to go with 8k cabling. Not interested in VRR or ALLM, for next gen PS5. I am not an avid online gamer.

Cat 8 cable is in black.

Still have 500 ft of 14 gauge speaker wire and wall plates coming.

So far $1700 in.
