They botched two discs out of three for the collector's edition of Army of Darkness Blu-ray set upon initial release. They sent out replacements though.

You can say the same for 8/10 of all their releases.
They Need to get it right day one, that's good customer service.

wouldn’t good customer service be fixing the issue and sending out replacements?they need to work on QC

They just make stuff up. Sometimes they are right but that is usually when someone else said it first. I have them blocked on Twitter because they would always show up on my feed with people actually believing them.

What was the issue with Scream Factory Army of Darkness release I have that one and I enjoyed it didn't notice any issues it had multiple versions of the movie which was cool.

Somehow or other Geekgab did end up with the final cover and steelbook cover arts for Scream before everyone else. So maybe he does have "some" contacts that are legit.

They used the majority of the 4K scan of the International Cut to recreate the US Theatrical Cut in better quality. Some shots slipped by.
