Seems we crossed the 9,200,000 threshold sometime after midnight last night, thank you for your support.

Although it’s smaller and has less spatial resolution than this ‘A’ monitor –

Never understood why you post about views. Does anyone really care about that? And it seems 9,199,950 are all by the same 2 people.

Well not only moi, but gkolb and LordoftheRings also do such accounting. Kind of the same reason people post about the number of nits their TV can produce, the number of Blu-rays, UHD BDs in their collection, etc. We are drawn toward numbers.

Impossible, but even cooler if it were so. Jealousy is the tribute mediocrity pays to thriving success over years.

The whole "Tom Cruise riding a motorcycle without a helmet" thing in his movies is really starting to piss me off. Especially since his passenger doesn't have one either.
These kids do ... wear a helmet, all of them.

I like everything statistical science, including the box office numbers; how much money films make worldwide, and domestic. It has something related to arts and culture.
That's cinema, that's entertainment @ the movies, in Dolby Ultra Wide HDR vision.
That's what we live for; being here in the now to be entertained. Amen, Hallelujah, all that jazz ...

Bests,
Bob

Stacey (Spears) loves his southern California tacos, if memory serves even out of food trucks at Cinegear. I admit I’m guilty of a generous amount of fresh Parmesan cheese on my local linguine Frutti Di Mare and preferred dish this evening -

Likely raking in the cash from his single family construction and remodeling work for clients now that California is back to near normalcy and/or training for some marathon he’s planning on entering in the future. A man in motion.

Lee, ICYMI, I posted about that program topic and more from the event about a week ago - https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...y#post18973754

The event should eventually be published on YouTube. As an aside, since you’re a longtime reader with regards to monitors and TVs, you may recall Gary while at Sony - https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...y#post12224778

P.S.
For Reddington, a primer on HDR of which Gary assisted especially with regards to the BVM X300 and ABL - http://vanhurkman.com/wordpress/?p=3548

Good to hear Bruce is still somewhat active. I don’t keep up as much as to what’s going on outside here as I tend to stay grounded in this sandbox and also infrequently venture into the sports and ‘what’s on your mind/what are you doing now’ threads for giggles with Scarriere, Bigdog et al. for it can get stressful in those social media opinion threads about Blu-rays, movies and such, e.g. https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...228671&page=33

Very first feature film in which the extension system played a critical role enabling tethering – https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...s#post17258606
