Mine shipped same day, and then one took two weeks longer than the other to arrive

Shout having the BD rights for now isn't really a big deal. Those will expire and someone else can license them again from Universal or MGM. Arrow recently licensed Robocop for example and has strong MGM ties from other deals. The real question is whether labels get into 4k and when.

Is there an email to contact Studio Canal? I just opened "The Fog" and the booklet inside was demolished in one corner as they stuffed it in the box, folding over multiple pages. Also, the CD is scuffed to hell. Thankfully the other two I got (Escape from New York and They Live") were in better condition. I don't want to bother Amazon since it's not their fault and it would be a hassle to return it to the UK from the US (already dealing with them Amazon UK for another disc return).

The outer boxes look nice but are too tight and feel like they almost want to split apart as you try packing everything back inside. A couple extra millimeters thicker would have made all the difference. Also, one disc in the Escape from New York set was popped off its spindle and rattling around loose but thankfully there was no damage at all to the disc.

Perhaps the booklet in your case has a contact number?

Nothing? I really need to contact these guys before it's too late to see about getting a replacement CD and booklet. I have no idea who to contact since I'm in the US. Will they even help or am I just out of luck? I bought it from Zavvi and I don't think they even have it in stock any more so they can't help.

Nothing people can do but google the same searches you would. Not every studio has a home video support system because usually damaged goods go back to the store, not to the studio. Warner is kind of unique in that regard, as far as I know.

Itís easy enough to find a contact email on their website. Took me a few clicks and less than 60 seconds.

And yet you couldn't just do me a favor and post it here since you found it?

I may have been looking on the wrong site. I was on StudioCanal.com which is probably not what I want. I see an email on studiocanal.co.uk (info@studiocanal.co.uk).

The reason I asked is because maybe there's a better contact email for these type of issues, which is why I asked. I thought the point of these threads is to help each other, so I thought maybe somebody else knows which email is best for replacements.

Also since I'm in the US I have no idea if this is the right email for US customers, or if they will even help me since I'm in the US.

Well I contacted Zavvi and as I feared they are out of stock so they can't issue a replacement. They offered a 15% discount which was a nice gesture but that doesn't fix the problem of me having a badly scuffed CD and a crumpled booklet - 2 of the main reasons for the collector's edition in the first place.

I sent an email to info@studiocanal.co.uk yesterday but as I'm in the US I don't know if they will even respond or if they will help me.
