That should be the norm. As the market gets smaller, the collectors purchases have a bigger influence.

I don’t need to. The format would have been in double figures in 2020, that’s all. The pandemic has slowed its growth for the simple reason that films were not getting released on a regular basis.

We are now seeing regular big hitters and the numbers change accordingly. 4K is the new Blu-ray when it comes to huge blockbusters.

BD is a mass market product. UHD-BD is not. It's a niche product. It will always be such. If UHD-BD is really the "new BD" when it comes to huge blockbusters, then the total market is shrinking faster than the yearly 18%.

Look at the 3 format Pie Charts. Has UHD-BD ever outsold BD for the Top 50 titles? Answer: Never.

According to these numbers, THE BATMAN sold 42% of its units on regular BD, and 36% on UHD. Those percentages are really close, and I would expect that gap to continue shrinking for these blockbuster type films.

It also means UHD outsold DVD on that particular title.
