They dumped him because of his attitude/personality. His production has been pretty solid since he was drafted.

It is a division game and the Redskins have won against you before in games they had no business winning. Plus I'm sure a lot of the Redskins players just want to put all the off-season drama behind them and get out there to win week 1.

Concerned that their D-line will feast, but their offense is still anemic outside of Scary Terry. IIRC they haven't beaten us since before the Super Bowl season. Don't want that streak to end.

Say what you want about Chip Kelly, but Philly was last in the league of manhours lost during his 3yr stay.
The exact opposite now. Which is why this season should be scrapped. Way too many disruptions to the training schedule. Not enough early interaction, which will lead to an uptick in injuries, most likely. Oh yeah there’s also a global pandemic going on and widespread civil unrest.
If the NFL players has some real stones they would send a really powerful message and sit out the entire season.

Baseball is fanless and is still playing catch-up to all the Covid related postponed games.
NBA just postponed games and is smartly playing in a bubble.
NHL is smartly playing in a bubble: zero positive tests so far.
Golf is easily a social distant sport.
Ditto Tennis.
Horse racing is fanless and is largely socially distant.
You forgot NASCAR, started out no fans: smart. Ending with fans: dumb. The biggest name among active drivers, JJ48, tester positive for Covid(later found to be a false positive) had to miss two key races(the only two starts he missed in his career as he’s retiring at seasons end) and missed the playoffs by a few points as a result.

Lol, NFL has no social distancing. No bubble. And want to put fans in the stands.
Remember the draft that was so well, and safely, done? That was smart. Playing now is dumb....well actually it’s just greed, but overall pretty dumb.
Like I said, sack up playas and protest to play the entire season. Send a strong message. Ball is your court.

Well I think every person should make their own best choice in this case. So if the NFL chooses to go forward with the season, they should do so, as safely as possible. It is not our place to make that decision for them.

Much like sports, the pandemic is a numbers game. You can put yourself in a good position to make a play(take safety precautions) or not. Nobody can predict the future, but we can certainly look to the past few months to see what poor play calling has produced on a global scale.
