That is pretty much what I figured. I guess I'll wait for them to re-shelve it since it was the only one in stock and I didn't find it in the store. Maybe I can find it after they re-shelve.

If you placed the order for same day in-store pickup, you'll be able to find the movie in-store after the order is cancelled/returned. But if you did in-store pickup and it WASN'T same day, then that means that it shipped from the warehouse and will probably ship back to the warehouse.

Right. It was same day. That is why I expect it to be re-shelved. Now whether it is put somewhere that can found is an entirely different story...

I'm asking because Walmart's Grocery pickup site (https://grocery.walmart.com/) finally has an in-store Blu-ray I wanted.

Did IW ever work with Grocery though?

PM sent. Vudu reported online IW as being ended on June 29th. In-store still works, but will supposedly soon operate (or is already operating) on a new system.

Got Gretel & Hansel off the Halloween rack. It has a new slipcover design, and was one of the few Blus on the rack. No IW.

^Picked up the Rob Zombie Trilogy Blu-ray from that same display (and cancelled my Amazon pre-order as soon as I got home). No Instawatch either but it did include a sticker code for $5 Vudu credit.

I think online instawatch is gone cause, they figured out alot of people were cheating the system. and they got sick of being scammed.

I found Murder on the Orient Express on Blu-Ray with a really nice slip at Walmart. The digital code slip just had a little blank section where the code should be with fine print under it that said "Code my not be valid after 2020". I was really upset until I thought I should scan the receipt and see if Instawatch could save me. Sure enough, it did

I recieved a message from Vudu about a previous IW issue and was informed that IW is dead for in store purchases.

Unless you're buying an older title that has IW in the system it looks like IW is gone. However, Vudu is pushing the receipt codes now.
