Got the Disney Burton collection for £9.99 this morning on azon.
That worked out cheaper than just buying Ed Wood from most places!

Same here - Ed Wood was the reason I picked it up - alongside Nightmare. £2.50 a movie isn't bad

Shame I don't like it (feels like an updated Dukes of Hazzard).

Dafuq at that ridiculously low price. I've already got the previous trilogy release as well as the remastered edition of the first film so I'm covered, but I ended up buying it as a Christmas present for a friend. Thanks for posting!

If you missed the James Bond 23 film set the other day on Amazon, it might appear in the deal repeats, but if not HMV have it for £50.
It's a pretty barebones set mind you (although does have UV codes too). Some pics I took of it here;

The white slipbox, jcard with ratings etc

Opposite side, black slipbox inside the white one

Slipboxes side by side, you could have it on the shelf either way, pick your poison

black slipbox, films titles on every side but spine

And finally the blu-ray cases, probably the most plain looking covers I've ever seen (like something I'd throw together to save ink)

Here, to compare to against the more expensive Amazon UK exclusive 24 disc set;

If you want the original boxset (films 1-22, ie up to Quantum of Solace), that set is also £50 via FoxDirect on ebay & Rakuten

This was a huge let down this year, only thing I wanted and didn't buy was the Hannibal 1-3 boxset, I bet it goes cheaper

I held out on buying the mad men complete set for a few months in hopes it would be reduced this weekend, it was, sure it will go even cheaper but I'm happy I saved £40 from waiting. The Sons of Anarchy set is a pretty impressive price as well.

But I agree, still had some of the same deals as last year.

Yep, Amazon UK have been repeating the same deals over and over again, and Amazon US's deals sell out within 1 second. Very disappointed this year.

Yep. Bought less than I did last year. Mainly DVDs as Christmas presents this year.
