Default 3DS XL worth an upgrade?

So lately I have been getting back into my original 3DS with the release of Zelda and Donkey Kong. My question is, did anyone go from a 3DS to a XL? Is it worth the upgrade? Does the larger screen make the games look more pixelated? My only complaint about the 3DS is the size is a bit small for my man hands Other than that, the screen looks pretty nice, but larger would be better. Curious with everyone's thoughts.

I went from a DSLite to a 3DS Xl and I loved it! Yes the DS games will be more pixelated though. I would say if you can get one for a good price, go for it. I think Target has the 3DS XL next week for $149.99. I suggest go for it at that price.

I love my 3ds XL! I bought a 3ds and played it for a bit before upgrading to the XL. Gave the regular 3ds to my son and he loves it. It's hard for me to look at the little screen after playing on the XL for a while now.

I only bought a 3DS XL & I find the picture quality just fine.

You need this if you want to hold the thing with comfort.

I wouldn't play the thing without this exact brand.

I see they localized or made these easier to acquire in NA now through Amazon.

I traded in my launch 3DS for the gold Zelda 3DSXL and could never go back now.

When I see the original screen size I wonder how the hell I played games on it lol

^This

I did the same thing, I have the Gold Zeda 3DS XL and could never go back. The only reason to not get the XL is if you need the small size for portablitiy but even then it's not a big difference.
