United Kingdom Signature Entertainment Discussion Thread

I have been a supporter of Signature Entertainment for a while now. They have been upping their game a lot with some of their recent releases so thought it was time we had a Discussion thread for them.

Signature Entertainment also have a load of titles not on bluray which will be added later.

All I know about these is their Predestination release was an abomination in the incorrect aspect ratio.

Crikey, when you see their titles lined up it's really not the best advert - some of the worst guff this side of Asylum Films. The odd gems like Casino Jack and Predestination but...yeah. Not the best library.

Cabin Fever 3 was in the incorrect ratio as well

The 'Intense' Bruce Willis film 'The Assassination' certainly isn't what it's cover makes it out to be either

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1018818/...nm_flmg_act_31

The only winner here is Ghost Shark i think lol

Budget titles at budget prices. I have some of these I blind bought from supermarkets for £5 and they are not great. Hours is the best of the bunch IMO.

Some of them are so shite, they're now filtering through to pound stores. A quid for wank like Drive Hard, is still too much.

Lol. I didn't say I like every title that they have released. They have released quite a few crap movies and have had problems with using the correct aspect ratio.

But they do have quite a few hidden gems that I have really enjoyed. A lot are cheap and cheerful budget movies.

The movies they release have started getting progressively better. Especially compared to some of the first that were released.

Signatures titles are definately not for everyone but for those who do like some of there releases, I thought it would be good to have a thread for them.

Anyone got the signature release of Mojave that's out today?
https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Mojave-Blu-ray/149119/

Just wondering if it's safe to purchase or whether it's another with messed up aspect ratio etc?

Dying of The Light is surprisingly, in the correct aspect ratio.

Kept waiting for it to zoom in after the opening credits, like ITV used to do.
