Well, that might be like the how the Amish would say "throw the horse over the fence some hay" so maybe they are pretty strong in the arms if they toss horses over fences all day long, lol...

Appreciate the support To be honest I still need to finish the series and first movie anyway, so it's not like I'll be watching it right away anyway. Shame about the subs.

I'm just gonna put this feeler out here for now: We haven't done a group buy on this forum for awhile. Would anyone be interested in doing a Jujutsu Kaisen limited set 2 purchase when it comes out? I actually need to get set 1, so we could allow a couple of extra purchases if people might be interested in picking up some other titles as well.

Anyone else in the US still waiting on their shipments of Future Boy Conan part 2 4K and the Violet Evergarden movie from Anime Online? Evergarden apparently shipped on November 30th, and Conan on December 12th. Seems like way longer than normal for Evergarden in particular.

Violet Evergarden for me shipped on November 29th. I did talk to someone at AoL they essentially said the Royal Mail strikes caused a bunch a delays. He said the majority of international shipments from that time got delivered last week. So hopefully we'll be this week or next week.

i mean they have been doing free shipping more than once a year now ( easter and Halloween plus xmas) could order during those times i think ?

Just got a notification email from AlltheAnime this morning that my copy of Love Me Love Me Not Collector's Edition Blu-ray has shipped.

Yeah... yeah, it's another one of those nervous "I'm beginning to fret" posts... but I ordered the blu-ray grab-bag from anime-on-line and it shipped on 12/13 and here I am nearly a month later, still waiting.

Has anyone / everyone else in the States received theirs? Are the postal strikes in the U.K. still slowing things down so that this time-frame is par-for-the-course these days?

If it's any consolation, my copy of the Violet Evergarden movie shipped from Anime Online on November 30th, and I got it January 6th. Still waiting on my Future Boy Conan part 2, which shipped about when your grab-bag did. So I wouldn't worry yet; might still be a couple weeks.

I'm in the same boat with AOL with a different item. I knew the strikes were happening but I thought I would get fast shipping just like my ATA package which came in 4 days. There is no strikes happening this month. I'm going to email them.

Thankfully I received everything from the UK that was shipping in December - Violet Evergarder Movie CE, Future Boy Conan CE, and my in-stock order from the AL Holiday Sale. The only things held up were two CE releases that got delayed, Love Me Love Me Not CE, which just shipped yesterday, and Summer Ghost CE, which is delayed until mid February. My only other big order from the Holiday Sale was all pre-order titles releasing in March and April (plus 3-6 months delays for all of them, most likely). I didn't even have any of my packages sit for 3-4 week layovers in Langley this year.

Awaiting reprints apparently....why even put it in the sale if you don't have any copies?

Most of my 2nd order from ATA's holiday sale back in early December was shipped via FedEx and they already arrived; but 4 items was shipped via Royal mail, and they're still out there somewhere in the wild.

Hmm, everything for me shipped via Royal Mail, and all arrived without any delay. I have never had anything ship Fedex from AL to me in the US, it always goes Royal Mail to USPS.

Actually, yes, I did get one Fedex shipment from AL - because of the size and/or weight, I guess - the Fullmetal Alchemist Resin Gate Ultimate Edition, but that was many years ago. I remember because I had to pickup my package at the Fedex hub because it required a signature.

My first Alltheanime sale order went all FedEx. The second order what shipped went Royal Mail. Rest is pre-orders. Usually almost everything from them has always come FedEx for me.

My Anime On Line stuff took close to a month but both items did show up. I’d probably contact them if no packages this week.

Contacting AoL doesn't do much, they'll just tell you to wait. Which is what they did for my still MIA Violet Evergarden. I'm going to wait till the 29th, which will be 2 months, to contact them again. Royal Mail requires the sender to open an inquiry, so not much I can do.

I'm for sure done with them after this, I need a tracking number for my orders, they just aren't worth it for me. Amazon UK and AtA are good enough for my needs.

After 2 months, if they don't do anything, I'd open a dispute with the credit card company (or Paypal).
