I was wondering if there is a Google Play portion for these full codes that come with these blu-rays or are they just DMA?

I was trying to figure this out before. What redemptions do DMA codes have nowadays? I thought they had dropped to single redemption only (while porting to the other services) but I see people selling DMA-, iTunes-, or GP-only portions. Is there a specific way to get multi-redemptions?
