Default Disney Signature Collection on 4K UHD?

Sorry if this is a doublepost. I found this entry on the wiki. The second last row in the Signature table is showing 4K UHD release dates. Can someone confirm this? I cant find anything about it, and that seems a kind of odd

Those are not coming out on 4K. All you need to do is look at the release dates to know that. Disney never puts out that many movies at one time. It's usually one or two per season. Those are fake.

Little Mermaid and Lion King and Wreck it Ralph have preorder pages already on a certain website. So it's not totally off base.

what I find annoying is Disney is rerereleasing 'Nightmare Before Christmas' yet for another time on bluray later this year, I'd kill to have that in 4K UHD form ... oh well

Wikipedia says that Avengers 4 will be released in September instead of May 2019... does anyone know if this is true?

Anyone can write anything on Wikipedia. It is not always truthful or accurate. BTW, no is the answer. It will be April/May of '19.

Only Lion King and Little Mermaid have been confirmed. Sure many will follow eventually, but nothing more yet.

If you scroll further down it lists the UHD releases.

Honestly.. when it comes to animated movies, I'm not so sure I'm going to bother upgrading. I legit own basically every Disney animated movie on blu and they for the most part look amazing. I've been 2 inches from the screen watching Sleeping Beauty and it looks like a damn painting. I can't imagine UHD making a significant difference... doesn't seem like most animated movies have benefited much.

Since we're here...... anyone see Incredibles in 4k? Because my question is, is it worth the upgrade for the BD? Personally I don't think there would be much of a difference in BD and 4k UHD. So just wondering. Especially since I have every vault BD since the first release of Sleeping Beauty. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

So, someone has listed the following 4Ks on Wikipedia (but no mention of others we have heard: Little Mermaid and Lion King):

Hocus Pocus (September 4, 2018) (Anniversary Edition DVD, Blu-ray & 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray)
The Nightmare Before Christmas (September 4, 2018) (Sing-a-Along Edition DVD, Blu-ray & 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray)
Wreck-It Ralph (October 9, 2018) (Anniversary Edition DVD, Blu-ray & 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray)
Frozen (October 9, 2018) (Anniversary Edition DVD, Blu-ray & 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray)

Odds any of it is true (besides Wreck-it Ralph)? Anyone have inside information?

I predict they're gonna release Sleeping Beauty as the inaugural UHD title in their Walt Disney Signature Collection....then change the name of the line for every subsequent UHD release!

If Hocus Pocus was coming in 4K, wouldn't it have been jointly announced with the new Blu-ray and DVD editions?

That's basically what I was getting at. No rumors even though the Blu-ray has ben announced. The same goes for Nightmare. I doubt this is happening. Like I said, anyone can edit Wikipedia (and this is what you get).

Wikipedia list looks to be misinformation.

A new Hocus Pocus steelbook was announced for the 25th anniversary, but nothing about 4k was mentioned.

A 6th Anniversary Edition for Wreck-It Ralph? That doesn't sound right.

I was going to say the same thing.

Now a 4K release to tie-in to the forthcoming sequel though? That makes more sense (and I'd be all over it).
