As far as I know unless the seller explicitly states they have the slip, it's only available from Vinegar Syndrome's store. Diabolik for example have the slip cover with their pre-orders.

Yeah I know that the slip is a VS direct exclusive. I was tempted to order, but $15 for shipping when I only want one thing put me right off. There's a seller on eBay that buys in and sells them on this side of the pond at a negligible mark up (perhaps even only to cover the massive postage cost), so I was wondering if stig had been in a similar situation.
